PEEK material (polyetheretherketone) is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic with outstanding harsh chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance to steam, water, and sea water, good fire performance, excellent mechanical strength across a broad temperature range (continuous use at temperatures up to 338°F), and good dimensional stability. Peek has a proven track record in demanding environments such as medical, semiconductor, oil and gas, food and beverage processing, and aerospace. Peek can be processed by conventional methods such as injection molding, extrusion, and compression molding.
